"Check in was the worst I have ever experienced, he was rude and made me feel like a nuisance, I got escorted to a cash point because it cost 100 diram minimum to use the card machine, only for the cash point to give me 5x100 notes (66) 😂😂 he almost shouted at me, I told him keep the change mate. The property was basic but ok, the waiters and cooks do deliver world class service. Overall I would recommend this place I just feel that the reception staff should learn from the waiters and cooks....

"Most of the door had locks broken two sinks were blocked and toilet was leaking air conditioning kept tripping when we spoke to management answer was we will when we can !!! No time frame at all their was signs to put our rubbish and all the beds was making noise"

"Yassin was very kind and helpful when I need help. No one bother me. The house is large, with 3 beds (1 double), there is a kitchen with all you need. Yassin let me clean products and some welcome food, garbage pacs too. The place was not hot in august, I never need aircon or fan. U r close to the beach and anza town. The only defect of that house is windows are on the same side, so u just see the other palace. Good experience."
