"This was our first stay in Italy and the hotel & area made it even more inviting. There were many shops, food, vendors and restaurants as well as clothing, all within walkable distance. The train station was an also a close distance away making the area even more accessible. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I hope to visit again "

"This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. Our small room had a private deck with a gorgeous view over the countryside. We walked everywhere. "Spectacular lakefront views with large balcony (Patria) apt. W full kitchen, large bathroom and roomy bedroom with adequate queen mattress. Sabrina had it nicely prepared for our arrival though she was unable to welcome us as we arrived after 2:30 pm. She left details requested regarding walkable restaurants and ferry transportation which was very helpful. We stopped at a grocery store in Como to stock up for our 3 night stay not knowing the extent of food necessities and goodies awaiting us...

"L'hotel se trouve en zone 4 du metro qui est 10 min à pied. Pas de restaurant à proximité ni boulangerie. Quartier calme mais bruit des avions en fin de journée. La chambre est bien mais la salle de bain merite des améliorations comme la douche qui evacue mal l'eau. Personnel très agréable."
