"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."

"The apartment is very spacious with a balcony showcasing beautiful views of the sea. We were able to make it our home away from home for a one month stay in Anzio. The location is perfect for easy walks to the restaurants, cafes, & shops in town, walks on the beach, or to the train station for quick (1 hr. 6 min.) day trips into Rome. "I have seen reviews that are not correct. You can use a bus or a train to get around everywhere you want. (Just don't rent a car from Sixt [They will rip you off]). I used the 70 bus to the train station and in an hour you are at the airport, get the 24 or 48 hour pass that covers but the bus and train. If you still have to have a car, they have gated parking for you. The staff speaks English, some better than others. Housekeeping is the best, they do an excellent job, its shows that they care. The buffet wasn't for me, but it did have unlimited coffee, various pastries that would cost you way more than if you go down the street. The rooms have mini splits so you can control the room temperature hot or cold."
