The only big negative for us is being a boutique hotel that we pay good money for, it’s so hugely disappointing to see so many people dressed in bathers and pyjamas / nightwear at breakfast. Surely management could put a sign on the door about a dress code."

"A sprawling resort about 20 minutes drive from Pattaya, beautifully designed and laid out over very expansive grounds. Our room was great, spacious and so thoughtfully designed. The restaurants are all good but overpriced, especially the wines. It’s not near anything and felt geared towards groups or families who would be spending most of their time at the resort. On that basis it’s a lovely but pricey place to stay."

"The daytime staff are unprofessional, I believe that they don't like black people, when you talk to them they pretending that they don't understand English. The machine in the lobby stole my money and they won't help me either. The whole hotel smells bad, I saw bugs in the room and it's look like this hotel make for people that take drugs and the area smells bad as well. The water in the pool is dirty, I don't know how people still swimming in it 😐 there is nothing close in that location. Every morning when they separating the sheets in the lobby by the elevator the whole lobby smells bad. This is the worst experience for me!"

"It was the worst hotel stay experience? I booked with them for a 10 days. I checked out the next day. The room so dirty, bedsheet are dairy. Bathroom it is rusty no hot water not clean towels. Very bad customer service and of course they did not refund my money. Very bad Neighbourhood and dangerous."
