For personal reasons, I stayed for two nights by separated bookings, first night is smoked room (as no other choice) & the next night is non smoking room, all facilities & room amenities are old and simple and feeling yellow, ventilation system noise is too loud was found in smoking room, all things for non smoking room is modern a bit and bright. Staffs services are excellent, they helped me move my luggages to other room and they did take care of my request on yesterday about extra pillows issue which I found in non smoking without any request.

施設内容は良好でしたが、周辺のレストランがチェン店 関係の数は、そこそこでしたが、地域特性の店舗がほぼ無いのが残念でした。当日は青森駅周辺まで遠征して良い店に行き楽しませてもらいました。（タクシー運転手に紹介してもらい）ホテルルートイン系列店しては、内容として良好でした。
