The hotel was in a great location, situated above the Lovina market just beside the train station. Staff were super sweet, onsen and spa were very lovely. Breakfast was great and healthy options as well. I had a great time. Only downside was that the elevator is shared with the mall and sometimes took time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I ha enjoyed the great location (been on top of JR station) and complimentary onsen and apple smoothies every night.

Great location; easy to get to and depart from using public transit; great staff; breakfast was wonderful; clearly very new and modern as of 2026, including in its amenities. We'd stay here if we returned to Aomori.

I brought my family here for our Aomori visit. Among us we booked 7 rooms of differing types. I had nothing but the most positive feedback from my whole family. The rooms were great, the staff was amazing, and their bartender was nice and made great cocktails too. Those that tried it loved the breakfast buffet including myself. :) Fwiw, feels like the hotel itself can be a destination, I definitely want to go again. Thank you Relabo!

Spotless and spacious room with amazing snow views. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing amenities - free onsen, complimentary snacks, fitness classes and even ikebana class. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed.

The hotel was located right by the JR station, we were shocked how closed it was. We arrived early and the front desk staff allowed us into that room, which was greatly appreciated! The hotel was super clean with modern decor! I wish I paid attention to the fact that it was a spa as I didn’t not make advanced reservation for a facial! Their spa facility looked quite “zen”. Unfortunately they could not accommodate me but I guess I will just have to visit Aomori again!
