"We travelled from Canada and had an excellent 3 day stay here after touring Vietnam. Overall a wonderful experience! The rooms were new and spacious, pools were perfect, food choices were excellent and customer service was wonderful. Breakfast buffet (included) was a highlight of our day! Food/drink prices were more expensive than in other parts of Vietnam ( as others have noted) but still very reasonable compared to Canada. One other thing to mention- this resort is a bit secluded (nowhere to go without a car except the golf course) but after touring Vietnam for 2 weeks we were more than happy to relax at the resort and there was lots to keep us occupied. For transportation, we took a free shuttle from downtown Ho Chi Minh (contact hotel to arrange) and taxi back to the airport (1600000 vnd, approx 2.5 hrs). Would definitely recommend this resort!"

"We only stayed couple of nights at the end of our Vietnam vacation. The property is beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was modern, big, clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we ended up there during the monsoon season so we only enjoyed couple of hours on the beach and by the private pool attached to the villa. Breakfast was included and was good, full of options. We were in the level villa and we could enjoy access to the lounge where we could enjoy afternoon snacks and drinks including alkohol. Other than that the property has only 2 restaurants that are quite pricey for Vietnam. But we really enjoyed our time there. We wanted couple of relaxing days after touring Vietnam for 10 day and we were able to relax! I was disappointed that in the villa only water was complimentary. We stayed in 4 other 5 starts hotels while in Vietnam and everywhere else snacks and beer was also complimentary. "

"This is my first time staying with Emerald. It was a good experience. Love the atmosphere there, the receptionist is very welcoming. Room is nice, clean and organized. Buffet breakfast have plenty of seating, different type of dishes from all over the world. Overall, its a good experience and good place to stay in Ho Tram. "

"My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel."
