"Staff was friendly, breakfast was great"

"Clean room, helpful staff, well maintained property. Highly recommended. Hope to visit again."

"Good location near the airport for a late flight, breakfast was good but the room would smell of smoke from time to time"

"The location close the airport was really useful, arriving late or before leaving. Very clean, included breakfast which was fine and the staff in restaurant very nice. Reception staff ability to help in english was poor. Slow ride into the city for shopping, food or tourism. Hotel is quiet and bathroom and beds fine. Aircon was only just keeping the room comfortable."

"深夜に着きましたが、疲れも吹っ飛ぶくらい最高。部屋も綺麗、対応も良し。旅行の際は毎回こちらに泊まります！！"

"We loved the Lotte hotel inn Ho Chi Minh. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see, e.g the war museum, markets, restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, the staff impeccable, and the facilities were perfect. The only negative was that the Lotte hotel had now spoilt me so much, I don’t think I want to stay in any other hotel chain in the future."

"Appreciated the car shuttle to and from the airport. If you’re looking to save money, calling a Grab from the airport would be cheaper but taking the shuttle to the airport (terminal 2) would be cheaper. The hotel was so clean and so well maintained. A single room has a double bed and is typical size for Asia but small for outside Asia. Comes with toothbrushes, shampoo, soap, TV, a firm bed, desk and chairs. Breakfast ends at 9:30. Be sure to go at least 15 minutes before closing. Good...

"stay for two days and was excellent! Thas why I returned for another 4 nights the second time they didn’t clean the room only one day I buy one gladde deodorant to put in the bathroom the food mostly lettuce"

"The staff were polite, but the response felt more like damage control than real hospitality. Before the problem, I had asked about late checkout and was told 6pm would cost a half-day rate. After the night I'd had, they offered 2pm, even though they knew my flight was at 10pm. They later extended it to 3pm. A fair resolution would have taken my flight into account from the start. They also offered a $10 airport transfer. I didn't want it, but they insisted, so I accepted. It didn't come close to...

"Excellent stay, staff were incredibly responsive and very friendly. Rooms was very clean and modern with all the amenities you would need. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast was included and delicious with a wide range of options available. The top floor has free self-service available for use including dryer."

"Enjoyed our stay here. It’s close enough to things and you can get around very easy. The staff were amazing! Each and every one of them. Pool was nice. Not big but very nice"
