"We had a wonderful stay! Rachel was quick to respond to all messages. During our stay, the heater did not work. Once I notified her, she had someone there within a few hours and showed up herself to make sure the issue was fixed. The use of the garage remote was very helpful with the rain and being able to keep wet things out of the house. I appreciated all of the kid amenities provided. I asked my 3 year old what her favorite part of our vacation was and she said staying in a new house. We would definitely stay here again."
