"The property was well maintained, and the clean pool and hot tub were a nice bonus during our stay. The front desk team was very friendly, and the housekeeping staff was welcoming and attentive. Although make sure you buy the cancellation insurance, this site will refuse any medical or adjustment to your reservation. The main area for improvement was breakfast. The selection was fairly limited, and we would have appreciated more fresh fruit and healthier options. Parking could also be challenging at night, as the lot filled up quickly, and the travel trailer parked in the back made parking less convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the staff’s hospitality. If you want it, I can also make this sound more positive, more critical, or more like a short public hotel review."

"I didn't like how the staff told me that they would not accept my ID. As soon I checked in Knowing i'm not from Arizona and me being above the age 25+ to come find out during my last DAY that my id was valid and since im not from Arizona my ID still qualified for me to drink and go to Casino. So most of days I didn't even chill at the resort I spent my money on different resort spots and food spots and connected with natives and told me that they cant do that."

"I made an error in my travel plans. When I contacted the hotel to try to make adjustments, as suggested by Expedia, I was encountered by a rude employee who would not connect me to a manager. They advised me no manager work during the day. I was trying to fix my mistake and make adjustments, but no one there was capable or willing to offer assistance. Very frustrating interaction. "

"The Presidential Suite was way bigger than imagined, the high ceilings made the room feel huge! The in room jetted jacuzzi was perfect, all rooms should have one everywhere 😁 thank you for the lovely stay, we definitely recommend "
