"Coffee was great but the powdered creamer was Little Rock’s so old. New tile on bathroom floor very nice. No Kleenex. Blow dryer very old but it works. Bed slept like you were lying on rocks. Mattress needs replacing. Quiet place."

"An outstanding property. The fishing in this "honey hole" was/is a bit tenuous, highly dependent on rain proximity and various other factors. We expected the fish to literally "jump in the boat" - didn't happen. Not the fault of the hosts, of course, but the fish choose to bite only for about a single hour in the mornings and the evenings - between 8-9 both a.m. and p.m. Don't plan to be catching all morning either way, you can fish all day but your won't catch - at all - except during those times. Trust me, we tried everything short of nets and telephones. Fly fishing, bait casting, top spinners, lures for bass may be MUCH better; the pole or light tackle method with a cricket or worm - I give a 3/10 overall. The property, the hosts, the ambience - exceptional, Perhaps we'll try another day, maybe next season. Too hot for fishing right now anyway. Thank Glenn and Lawson for your hospitality. Tony & Brenda"

"I can’t say enough about this place. We fell in love and hope to come back often. Every little thing you could possibly need or want except for groceries, is right here, easy to find and use. This truly represents “vacation”.
