Passamos uma noite nesse hotel para visitar o Santuário. Pedi para fazer check out ás 14h, que deveria ter sido feito ao meio-dia, e me consentiram sem problema. Atendimento de primeira com um café da manhã muito bom.

O Hotel é bem arejado. A limpeza do quarto e banheiro muito boa. Café da manhã muito bom. O atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Achei o quarto bem frio e não consegui aquecer usando o ar condicionado. Senti falta da ducha higiênica e achei a torneira da pia do banheiro leva a desperdício de água. No geral gostei muito da estadia.

Estava no quarto e o chuveiro não estava esquentando, e o dia estava bem frio e eu estava com uma criança. Fui mudado de quarto no outro dia apenas por insistência nossa e nos colocaram em outro quarto e estava funcionando bem o chuveiro em um dia e no outro já não estava funcionando novamente. Ou seja praticamente não deu para tomar banho.

Estadia excelente em família! Adoramos o restaurante do hotel, pizza deliciosa! Atendimento muito bom de todos os funcionários. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Ouro Minas, Desta vez o único incoveniente foi o elevador, que é 1 só e o hotel estava bem cheio, por várias vezes usamos as escadas.

Muito bom Hotel, somente desagradável a torneira do quarto, que não dá pra lavar as duas mãos ao mesmo tempo, tem que segurar uma pra lavar a outra. E outra coisa ruim, mas acho ser padrão da cidade, é o Horário do café, que é das 07 as 10 apenas.

Na média mas não gostei do tratamento do funcionário manobrista que poderia ser mais agradável ao receber hospede e sobre elevevador com defeito por 3 momentos diferentes, dificultando transito para os andares. Cafá da manhã normal, básico. Local dos veículos apertadissimo.

Hotel caiu muita qualidade, banheiro no box cheio de sujeira mofo, sem puxador de box, trinco da porta caindo, janela sem a alça para abrir e manter aberta, quarto sujo, porta da sacada uma parte sem canaleta vc fecha a porta e continua com barulho. Ar condicionado com barulho.
