O hotel é muito bem localizado para quem vai ao Santuário, porém a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, nosso quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia, as áreas comuns do hotel também estavam bem sujas. O café da manhã encerra muito cedo e as opções são bem poucas. Enfim, a única coisa que destoa é o atendimento, os funcionários são bem legais!

Boa tarde!!! Quartos com mal cheiro de esgoto, parece que estava voltando do banheiro; elevadores e corredores dos quartos sujos e empoeirados; xícaras (maioria com batom) e talheres mal lavados; bolos dentre outros com gosto de velhos.

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel muito bom, ótimo custo benefício, o atendimento dos recepcionistas foi excepcional, muito atencioso e prestativo… O quarto triplo (1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro é um pouco apertado, porém nos atendeu com um casal e uma criança. As camas talvez poderiam melhorar um pouco, São colchões de molas e me pareciam bem usados e desgastados já. Mas em um geral eu indico com tranquilidade para todos. O principal ponto positivo é a localização, de frente para a basílica, a vista é perfeita!

Hotel horrível!

Uma pena um hotel com tao boa localização ter quartos como o que ficamos. Vou citar so os problemas mais relevantes: cheiro horrivel no corredor, portas do banheiro em um quarto descascadas, no outro imundas; para ligar o frigobar em um dos quartos tivemos que colocar ele no chao pra achar a tomada atras dele, nao tinha nemhum quarto com banheiro acessivel para meu filho cadeirante, teve que escovar os dentes com um copo do lado de fora sem passagem para a cadeira de rodas ate o banheiro; paredes dos banheiros imundas e encardidas; os lençóis e fronhas tao velhos e encardidos, uma vergonha nao renovarem as roupas de cama sendo que as diarias nem sao tao baratas. Achei uma falta de respeito com os hóspedes oferecer hospedagens em tao pessima condições de uso e higiene. Nota zero!

Atendeu ao que precisávamos.

Nem podemos avaliar muito, pois foi somente uma diária e atendeu as necessidades, ainda mais que é o período de maior movimento por conta das festividades da Padroeira. Maior destaque fica para o atendimento, pois todos os funcionários foram super cortês, inclusive de deixarmos bem a vontade, sem frescura. A suíte simples, mas tudo funcionando e sem problemas. Talvez só necessário melhorar na limpeza do box, pois tinha cabelo no vidro e reforma da porta do banheiro, pois está descascando. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e tudo fresquinho. Sentimos por não ter curtido o espaço do bar/piscina/jacuzzi, parecia ser bem legal, familiar. Tinha visto algumas queixas sobre o hotel no quesito da limpeza, mas ao meu ver, os hóspedes é que precisam melhorar, serem mais responsáveis e respeitosos, dizemos isso por conta de ver um monte de batatas fritas jogada num canto. Custa todos colaborarem para terem um lugar melhor? Parece que fazem de propósito. No mais, só temos gratidão pela acolhida.
