"This was the second place we stayed on our trip and it didn't disappoint. Definitely a more historic location but with all the essential amenities. Within walking distance of historic sites and food, as well as the train station. The breakfast in the morning has a massive selection. Would definitely stay here again."

Hotel Palace Bologna Centro

"The Hotel Palace is stuck in the fifties, but it is in a great location, it is clean, the staff is very attentive and the breakfast is good (with amazing cakes freshly bakes on premises every morning). There are very few modern amenities but clean rooms, excellent location and great price… who cares about modern amenities (there is a lift and there are televisions in the room). There are rumours of renovation, which will change the price and the amenities, although I hope they will keep some of the amazing original woodwork in the breakfast room and the sitting rooms at the entrance"

"Hotel was ideally situated across from the railways station. Easy to get into the centre of Bologna either by walking or hop on bus outside hotel. Room was large and clean and everything managed well. Plenty of choice at breakfast. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend to others."
