"Good: Good location. Apartment complex is nice. Kitchen is nicely set up and although you have to call to get check-in info, the process is easy once you know what to do. The bathroom is large and has a nice large tub/shower. Bad- The place is dumpy. The king bed is in the smaller bedroom with a shared bathroom and there are two double beds with the larger bathroom & closet. Carpet is old looking and the LVP is nicked. The neighboring properties are disorganized and lacking attention that one would expect when renting an air B and B.
