"I’ve stayed in one of their other properties and enjoyed it so I felt comfortable rebooking and it did not disappoint! The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping, quick access to the highways and right next to the lovely Bolin Trail. The condo is clean with cute and comfortable bed linens, full baths upstairs and a useful kitchen for cooking. I would stay again and enjoy their easy and prompt communication when I have any questions. "

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. "We were a group of five adults in town for a family Christmas. This is such a great place to stay! It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds, and comfy living room furniture for relaxing together. Coffee was provided for convenience. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located, easy to access from the highway. We loved it and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.. We would definitely stay here again!"
