We really loved our room. Super clean and fancy. They provide shampoo and other stuff. Really loved it here. Would definitely stay again. The staff was really kind too.

For one night on our way to LA was not as great as we thought would be. At check-in people were nice. However, all the areas looked worn-out in the tower we were in and didn't smell " like a hotel". We wanted to take a break before our final destination and experience a famous hotel. We tried our best, but food was too expensive, even at the food court. People not cordial. Didn't use $50 dllr valet was chaotic, still paid $20 for self- park. More chaotic to find our way there and an odyssey to get to front desk. Over all was overcrowed. Everything in the room we had to pay addional for - which yes is normal, but after reading it felt like even if something gets moved we'll be charged, that made me uncomfortable in the room i paid for to rest. I usually have the complementary coffee, but since i was unclear if it was
" complimentary" I abstained myself that took the relaxing part out of the stay. I have stayed in other hotels in Vegas and did not have this experience.

Over all our stay was ok,the beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows needed to be changed or washed, not just the pillow cases . We stay there for our first wedding anniversary and reserved a dinner at SW with a show and I notified them in advance, but when we got there they couldn’t accommodate us, so we couldn’t watch the show from our table, the shrimp scampi was smelling horrible but the waiters were very friendly and helpful. For the price we paid at the resort we were hoping to feel the luxury more.
