"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "From what I gather, the owner, his wife, children, and dog live at the bed and breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay there and are planning to recommend it to everyone we know. If you are a skier, the bed and breakfast is within walking distance of a ski lodge. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owner and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. "Just steps from the train station! Desk clerk was nervous about her English; we pointed out that our German is zero. Looking over her shoulder, I noticed a glass doored refrigerator, with beer. We'd just got off a long train trip (four trains, and a couple alternate itineraries due to impossible connection times). She sold us a large bottle of dunkel and opened it for us at the desk. Our moods immediately improved! Breakfast was good and extensive. Dining room is very nice. Actually, everything about this place was nice. I booked at the last minute, found this hotel and paid more than I had budgeted. I'd recommend it though. "
