This place has the best customer service. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful. I have stayed here every time I go to Apia because I feel at home here.

My partner and I stayed here a night before heading to to a resort the following day. It was so convenient and close to the township and shops. Our room was bigger than we expected and had air conditioning which is a bonus! Rosy's Burgers is also on site which had the best fish burger and loaded fries I've had! The staff were extra lovely too.

Recently stayed at this property, booked a room for four nights. First room i was given had bad smell in it. On complaining i was offered another room, which did not had smell but no drinking water in the room while there were some coffee and tea there in the room. Only HOT water in bathroom not even warm water. Complained three times but did not get fixed. No TV in the room. Queen bed was made by joining two beds which means one cannot sleep in the middle of bed. Checked out a day earlier and went to another hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly though, that was only one good thing there.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing from arrival to departure. Staff went over and above to making sure we were looked after each day. Facilities were suitable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. Prime location to the markets, and town. Had the best holiday experience and highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Affordability so that you can spend more on shopping and local activities.

The main highlight of this property to us was the staff and their best service to their customers. Our first checked in unil checked out on 29th January 2025 we don't have any problems.Thank you Ana and your great quality of customer service you've giving to all your clients with all your hard work, you have managed your staff really well to make sure the customers are happy during their vacation.
