"We arrived after a long stretch of driving and we were pulling a trailer. The staff went out of their way to assist us in parking the trailer in a secured area in their parkade and also walked us down the street to a restaurant to ensure it was still open and food would be available. Way above and beyond service!"

"HOTEL OVERALL IS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND ITS IN A GOOD LOCATION. THE REASON FOR THE 4/5 STARS IS JUST A COUPLE OF THINGS I DISLIKED. FOR ONE THE ROOM WAS VERY HOT AND THERE IS NO AC OR EVEN A FAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT A VERY HOT CITY BUT DURING THE DAY THE ROOM WAS HOT. ALSO THE INTERNET SUCKS. I NEEDED TO WORK AND THE WIFI WOULD NOT REACH MY ROOM. THERE WAS ONLY WIFI IN THE LOBBY. THE RESTAURANTS FOOD HAD REALLY GOOD FLAVOR BUT THE WAITERS ARE A BIT SLOW IN TERMS THAT THERE WAS AT LEAST 4 OF THEM AND ONLY 3 TABLES TO SERVE AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. I ATE THERE 4 TIMES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME MY FOOD WAS COLD."
