Ive stayed there several times for work. This last time I noticed they got a whole new front desk staff. Its only been a month since i stayed there last.
I arrived 30 mins before check in. They said my room wasnt ready so went new door to el papalote (great resturant) to waste some time. When I showed up to check in there was a long line. It took an hour for me to get checked in. The new staff is horribly slow. It took the her 15-20 mins to check in each guest. Even with exsisting reservations.
I get to the room to see its not ready and the havent even started cleaning it yet. The cleaning staff in fustration asked (politly) if i could go down and ask for another room.
This took another 10 minutes only because I decided to cut the line and force them to help me. Despite seeing i had come back down they didnt immediately help me as i believe they should have. They had to call another lady from the back to help me.
After finally checking into my room, i couldnt connect to the wifi and the tv never worked. They got the wifi fixed but never bothered to mention the tv at this point.
This experience was horrible, it makes me never want to stay there again, but my company books that hotel. I hope it goes better in a fews weeks when i have to return.
