The neighborhood:
Countryside roads through olive groves of Plaka pass below the villa and lead beyond the cliffs. There are ample walking/hiking paths on gravel roads in the area, and a good selection of water sports at the beach. Snorkeling the lovely coast is a favorite pastime for guests, as are early morning and afternoon walks along the shoreline in the lazy, warm summer months. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil with minimum of passage of cars, and consists mainly of a few villas and some permanent residences of the locals.

The Client is responsible for himself, members of his party, and for any visitors he may have within the villa or grounds of the property and liable for any damages that are related in any way to the villa and its contents, pool and grounds. Any such damage must be repaired or replaced prior to departure; if he is unable, then the required payment should be made to the manager. It is prohibited to sublet the villa to any other parties. Noise generated from The Client or equipment that he is using in and around the villa must be kept to a respectable level in consideration of other guests in the neighborhood; music/noise and conversation around the pool must be reduced to a minimum after 11 pm.
