Villa Argiro

A beautifully restored village house, Villa Argiro is a mere 100 m from one of the excellent tavernas that border the shady square in delightful Plaka. High stone walls ensure privacy in the pool and surrounding gardens. The living space is exceptionally spacious, combining modern facilities with lovely stone arches spanning the ceiling. A lovely feature of this Villa is the first floor terrace with sea views between the neighbouring rooftops and gorgeous mountain views.



Location - Plaka

1 km uphill from the sandy sweep of pretty Almyrida, with its tavernas almost on the sand itself, the village of Plaka, has a mini market and some very good tavernas whose tables and chairs spill out onto the square, bringing it to life in the evenings. Villa Argiro is just a short walk distance from this square. For a change of beach scene, the small resort of Kalyves and Georgioupolis are within easy striking distance. Chania Venetian Harbour is 25 kms away and Rethymnon 40 kms.

First Floor Terrace with sea and mountain views - Pergola furnished with cane table and easy chairs and sunbathing terrace with sun beds.



Ground Floor - Villa Argiro

Sitting Area - two sofas, open fireplace, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, windows with pool views and door to pool terrace.

Dining Area - wooden table and seating for 6, hatch to kitchen

Kitchen - Cream painted fitted cupboards, double sink, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), door to courtyard with BBQ terrace and dining area.

Twin Bedroom - 2 single beds, French doors to pool terrace, window with pool view. and TV with local channesl. Air con unit.

Twin bedroom - 2 single beds (can be pushed together without a gap) French doors to pool terrace. Window to side. Air con unit

Shower room - Shower cubical, wash basin, WC and washing machine.



First Floor - Villa Argiro

Double Bedroom with en suite shower room - 1 double bed, window with sea view, French doors to sea view terrace. TV with local channels. Air con unit. Shower room with bath (air jet tub) and shower attachment, wash hand basin and WC.

First Floor Terrace with sea and mountain views - Pergola furnished with cane table and easy chairs and sunbathing terrace with sun beds.



NOTE: The 7th person can be accommodated on a simple folding bed, suitable for a child up to 10-12 yrs old only.



Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.



Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking - There is parking space for two cars at the rear entrance.
