Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig...auf der Lampe über dem Esstisch hatte bereits die Vorgänger "Sau" auf den verstaubten Lampen schirm geschrieben, der Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse war nicht geleert, auf dem Sofa waren Hundehaare, in den Ecken Spinnweben und auf der Bank in der Küche war die Oberfläche noch beschmiert. "Conveniently located in the center of Jena, right next to tram and bus stops, a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Beautiful views of buildings built in 1800s and the modern Jena Tower. Within 10 min walking distance to many destinations, such as the Zeiss Planetarium, Observatory, cathedrals, etc. Very clean rooms, spacious bathroom, fast internet."

The bar staff were rude and standoffish as they ignored me and refused to change the channel on the tv when no one was watching it. "The hotel was a much longer walk than 4 minutes (unless you are a giraffe) and it was not easy to find because there seems to be many streets that are poorly marked or unmarked. I received help from a very nice teenage couple who used their smart phone to finally find the hotel. I would consider staying there again but I would also search for other hotels in that city."

"Die kommunikationsfreudige Gastgeberin war immer zur Stelle. Der Lattenrost des einen Bettes hat jede Drehung kommentiert. Ansonsten war es nachts erfreulich ruhig.Wir konnten gemütlich auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus frühstücken. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen und Micro. Bei der Wärme haben wir es sehr genossen, draußen zu sitzen.Weimar war unser eigentliches Ziel, eine 30 min. Fahrt bringt einen ans Ziel.Im Sommer gerne wieder! Vielen Dank."
