"All communications were done through the website. We were without power for two days, no air on the first day, no heat on the second day. That was a bit disconcerting. Staff kept promising a visit from the company that services them but we were without until later Tuesday morning of our first week. Laundry availability was good. They could use a few more pieces of silverware, i.e. like a can opener. We bought a toaster and left it. "
