"I have a lot of allergies so I love that the rooms are not carpeted. The hotel is clean, beds and linens are comfortable. Checkin and checkout are fast and efficient. Staff is friendly."

"The hotel was hard to find at night, as they didn't have a sign that lights up. In the first room they gave me, the toilet didn't flush. In my second room, the stopper in the sink didn't open so the sink filled up with water when I was brushing my teeth. The room itself was a decent size, it was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. But the signage with my room number was written on paper with a magic marker. The hotel is good for the price, but it needs renovation and some sprucing up."

"The mansions on Fifth are, first of all, gorgeous inside and out. Upon arrival, I was met by a staff member who held the door for me and asked if I required help with any luggage. "Totally recommended "

"Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great."

"Fantastic home in an eclectic neighborhood. House is under relatively new ownership and they are still working through a few upgrades/updates, but still very comfortable and quiet. Was modestly worried about parking but that was not a problem for us. The park directly across the street is a plus and the easy walk to Starbucks for 6am coffee was easy enough."
