"Our room was on the third floor, and the "guest" below us was a nightmare to deal with. According to the front desk's staff, she used to work for the Hotel Foundation and is now living in the hotel as a result of an accident. After check-in, we had to go through our luggage and she kept knocking the ceiling to complain about the noise our luggage made. She called my room directly without consulting the front desk demanding that we stop moving our luggage. Her consistent complain persisted...

"I didn't stay in the hotel!
As soon as I entered in the room I've realized how terrible it was! Dirty sheets, bathroom terrible smell! I stayed in a different hotel and I've requested my money back!
