"While it is an older hotel, it met all our needs. Our room was very comfortable and clean. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and the comforter on the bed actually had a little weight to it, which helped me sleep so much better than what I normally do in a hotel. While we didn't take time to use the pool, it was very nice looking and plenty of room for several to be in it. The breakfast options were also good."
RiverStone Condo Resort & Spa

"We were extremely happy with our stay at RiverStone. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the weeks stay. The landscaping around the grounds was beautifully maintained. My family loved the lazy river. The staff as very friendly and helpful. My kids looked forward to the fresh and warm cookies every day at 2.30 in the lobby :) All in all if we return to Gatlinburg we will definitely be staying here again."

"This was our second stay. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The property is clean and staff are nice and helpful. The amenities were plentiful. The kids love the pools, slides, foam party and daily popsicle time. It's close to all tourist attractions and a small drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We will for sure stay here again."

"Make sure to ask if your room has a window. We found out after we walked in that ours didn’t have windows in the room. Never been to a hotel room without a window. So if that’s something you want, confirm that before you check in. Granny Cluckets was great food, but just really slow service."

"Definitely will return very very clean rooms and the whole property was very clean pools clean and maintained and brand new outdoor hot tub Breakfast was good and sitting on patio overlooking river while eating breakfast was very relaxing"

"Staff was friendly and amazing! My room was spotless every day of our trip. Beds were comfortable. They are very serious about the bear issue and believe what they tell you. First morning I woke up there was a bear in the parking lot. Didn't seem bothered by anyone walking in the parking lot either. Only complaint I have was the pool. Very cloudy and dirty. Needs to be maintained better. Slides and stairs should be power washed. I would definitely stay again though."
