"We needed a hotel last minute and found this one. I was skeptical but went with it because it was cheap and close to where we needed to be. I will absolutely stay here again. The rooms were very clean, staff were nice and helpful, and breakfast was amazing. Parking was also great and had easy access from the main strip."

"This property is worth the price ,the service, the quality, the amenities, the location!!!! The focus is to stay on the wilderness of the smoky resort if you go to the Wyndham side that is a timeshare and they will stick it to you. That is not cool. This place has a little bit of everything from a lazy river to a hot tub to a bodacious, indoor waterpark a huge game room, including a bowling 10 to 12 spots to buy all kinds of snacks and foods and even a heated pool in the top deck that was special looking forward for my next day!!!!!!"

"Beautiful hotel and a great location. It was expensive. Breakfast was not included. Staff was extremely helpful when the person next to us flooded their room, the hallway, & our room. Moved us to another room that was pretty but impractical. No room for anything in the shower. Very little counter space & the room was much smaller & no room for suitcases. I wish we could have stayed in our first room."

"Cute Harvest Festival. Indoor and outdoor pool areas so clean! Condo was clean and comfy. Could tell the property is a bit dated but staff is amazing and I couldn't believe how clean and well taken care of it was."

"The main public-facing part of the property was amazing especially along the stream in the middle. All staff were very polite and helpful. The room we received was fine…a bit disappointing to see the wall paper and faux crown molding separated from the walls in the hallway of our room along with dirty floors. Overall a fun and pleasant experience for the middle of the week…I’m sure things get a lot busier over the weekends or when there are shows."
