"I had a wonderful stay. Room was nice and cleaned everyday. Great view of the mountains. The staff wonderful, anytime I needed anything they were always just a call away. Even with the free transportation trolley to ride thru the town and get you to where you need to go."

"Came to Pitt for a family reunion over the weekend. I’ve stayed at the Wyndham a few times over the years and noticed the upgrades and improved customer service. Front desk staff were super nice and quick with requests for water, towels etc. housekeeping staff were great too. Amazing location and great view. Will definitely recommend and return."

"Very nice hotel in downtown knoxville. Parking is pricey, but you can park in The Locust street Public parking deck, which is one street over, for a quarter the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Venue is well maintained and in a nice central location in downtown knoxville. My only problem was about 3:30 In the morning, the fan on the air conditioner started making a horrendous noise and it made it very hard to sleep even with earplug in. If I wasn't preparing to leave in the next couple hours, I probably would have asked to move rooms, but by the time I moved rooms, it'd be time for me to pack up, start heading out. I did inform staff checkout and they said they would have someone look into it."
