"I can honestly say this is one of the top five places my family and I have ever stayed.
First, the value is incredible. For a 4-star resort, the prices are more than fair. The property is clean, updated, and has so much to do. There's an arcade, a lazy river, indoor pools, a 24-hour gym, and it's only about 6 minutes from Dollywood. On top of that, they are extremely pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us.
We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and it was fantastic. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed.
What really sets this resort apart, though, is the staff. Mia was incredibly helpful over the phone both before our trip and while we were there. At check-in, Reyna made us feel like VIP guests. She was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Dustin from maintenance also went above and beyond for us. We had a couple of room issues, and every single time they took care of them quickly and without hesitation.
We loved our stay and honestly don't see ourselves staying anywhere else when we come back. I highly recommend this resort. As a nice bonus, they also have complimentary coffee, hot water, and fresh cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch."
