Checking in was a breeze and the information desk had so many thing for us to do with coupons included. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the outdoor waterpark. I was able to text whenever I needed anything and they got it done right away. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The food and drinks were a plus as well. We really didn't need to leave for anything."
