"Perfect stay. Only one , i did not want to leave! Even the people who cleaned our room was perfect and one sang to us! I felt all the staff that was connected to the casino and hotel were there to make our stay the best , Which i thank you."

"The hotel is in a very easy to access location. Valet parking was convenient. The staff from check in to an evening drink at the bar to breakfast were all exceptionally nice and helpful. Our room had a gorgeous river view and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was good. It could have used some upgrades to the shower doors that were difficult to close and the sliding door between the bathroom and the sleeping area was annoying to use also."

"This is a great stay in the heart of Pittsburgh. We stayed after a Pirates game and the hotel is totally walkable to and from PNC Park. The staff is very professional and welcoming and the hotel itself is beautiful and historic. I really enjoyed the coffee shop for the morning. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy."

"We loved everything about this place! The room was HUGE!! I was shocked by how big it was. I'd love to go back and stay in one of the little houses they have. We have already decided that when we come back, we will try to book there again. The staff was so nice and lovely. And it's close to everything, yet off the beaten path; you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere."
