"We very much enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree at the top of the hill in Gatlinburg. Awesome place, unique design, fabulous views and just an overall great experience. We loved the pool and hot tub area a lot, and it was a nice place to hang out after a long day of travel and fun. We liked having the free shuttle, although it can be a bit challenging to navigate getting it back from town and back up the hill. Some of the staff were a little less than helpful, such as the lady at the bar, who seemed bothered by people being there, kind of ignored folks, and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke after she came back in from her break. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast, the room was nice and comfortable, the beds were awesome, and the pillows were great. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"The place was in a great location to go to Dollywood. Quick 15 minute drive. The carpet had a spot that was coming up and it could use a little updating. Everyone that worked there were super nice and friendly. Beautiful view. Loved having the kitchen and the washer and dryer. We would stay there again."

"I highly recommend this Best Western. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The location is easy access to whatever you are planning for your stay in Pigeon Forge. Depending on the room location, you may experience some traffic noise. The price is very reasonable as well. I would stay here again for sure."
