"Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights, in Pittsburgh, for a family members wedding. We booked a Studio Suite. When we got there the Front Desk Agent let us know that our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. We had a great room with a great city view. We even had our own private outdoor sitting area. The Front Desk Agent was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. "We always choose the Omni William Penn Hotel when we stay in town. Its elegance is a magnet, and the rooms are clean and beautiful, not cookie-cutter hotel rooms. The shower and pillows are great (both of which are high on my ratings list!). Even though I live in Sewickley (11 miles away!), we like to stay in town once in a while just for the adventure of it. Only issue was in our room there was a rotten smell that wouldn’t go away and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, thought it was the fridge. "
