"Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. "Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Terrasse war sehr groß mit tollen Ausblick in die Tal und in die Ferne. Auf der Terrasse haben wir gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen.. Herrlich. Wir haben Ausflüge unternommen in die verschwendeten Richtungen. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. "The property is absolutely perfect for a relaxed country holiday, and is only 15 minutes drive from the sea. The countryside around the house is stunning, the decor and furnishings gorgeous and everything was immaculately clean. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved it and were very sad to leave. We will definitely visit again."

"Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für 10 Tage dort inklusive meiner 87 jährigen Schwiegermutter. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit nahegelegenen Badezimmer. "Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. I in tern never looked at him and left. Would not stay there again. The first woman who registered me was wonderful. Gave me suggestions, made me feel welcomed. She should have been the MANGER. "

Six day break in May

"Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the Harbour area well worth it many restaurants in the market. This hotel has a small boutique type and the staff are fabulous. Its location is between go grottemarre and s bennitino both train stations that can get you to Ankona airport a cab is about €20. As well as a full range of restaurants opposite there is a pub less than 100 m away go to Sherwood run by an Italian family who made us most welcome "

"We enjoyed staying in the suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean along lungomare. The hotel has a modern Zen design. The cleaning staff were amazing. The breakfast selection of fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, charcuteries, pastries were delicious and nutritious, and they also provided lactose free milk and soy beverages, also yummy cappuccinos. The only complaint we have is the uncomfortable beds as the mattress was too firm and hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a board which made my body ache so I did not sleep well. The hotel needs to provide better and comfortable beds for their guests. "
