Garden and grounds (shared). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are drops in the grounds. No children under 2 years old.. Enjoying a fabulous shoreline location with panoramic views over Loch Linnhe, from Mull and Lismore to the Morvern Hills, this compact balcony apartment forms a wing of the owners house and artists studio. Ferries leave here for Lismore. Oban, 18 miles, Fort William, 26 miles. Sandy Airds bay, 15 minute shoreline walk via Clach Thoull (Hole Rock), an SSSI. Boat and cycle hire locally. Seafood restaurant/pub 200 yards. Shop/PO 300 yards.

A splendid week at Pat's house.

A splendid week at Pat's house. Port Appin is a place of natural splendour with a great view from the balcony and wildlife just a minute's walk away. The apartment itself was well furnished with TV and WiFi, lovely bedroom, and a nice kitchen. Good base for exploring the area at an excellent price. The proprietor was respectful of our privacy and there is a handy local shop for all the basics. Would definitely stay again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we wanted in the perfect location. Just the right the size for two of us! Amazing views of the highlands, and perfect location to get out and explore. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area.
