I had forgotten to print something off at home and the lovely girl on reception told me she would print it for me if i emailed it over. Saved my bacon. Would definitely stay again "

"The hotel was fabulous. We were immediately given an upgrade, as somone had been smoking in our allocated room. Biggest disappintment was that free hotel transfer to airport didnt start early enough for us, and wouldnt be running to bring to hotel , those on late flights. We ordered a taxi via hotel to take us to airport for early flight and taxi was 1/ 2 late. "

"Absolutely loved our stay when we visited for England v Jamaica game at King Power. Conveniently located for train station and stadium. Staff where so friendly. Room was so nice. Bathroom was amazing. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended 👌 "
