"Great fit for our family."

"House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working."

"Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. "This was our first Air B&B experience and it exceeded our expectations! The unit was close to local amenities and activities. A suggestion would be a sound bar on the TV in the main room to redirect the sound towards the room the main as opposed to the adjacent room - goes right through the walls! Might also check the remote in main bedroom - it was inoperatable. Last thing. Perhaps some outside chairs to enjoy the Oregon air!
