  • Summary:

    Beautiful, classic home in Appleton's Old Third Ward Historic District! Loads of hardwood floors, quarter-sawn oak trim, and style from a bygone era. Walk down to Fratellos for an evening meal, and enjoy views of the Fox River. Or walk downtown on college ave, just a couple blocks away. Great storage throughout. Kitchen has been updated, and does have a nice pantry area. Main floor laundry for convenience.

Was a neat older house. Had plenty of shared space. Also lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Met our needs perfectly and we enjoyed the house.

very large home for our family Christmas, not the cleanest of places we had young kids and they found fake finger nails in couch. didn't look like when they clean they move anything behind/under couches was dirty. if going to there in winter be careful of falling ice off roof onto deck while walking in and driveway icey. over all good place because of size and location, would come back again.

What a wonderful place to stay in Appleton. Home is located close to the heart of Appleton in a picturesque neighborhood. I had originally booked another home with a different property manager, and was nothing like pictured in the ad. I then reserved this wonderful home and was not disappointed. I ended up having to extend my stay and dealing with the property manager was very smooth.. He was responsive to any questions I had and wonderful to deal with. The property is clean, and exactly like the photos. I ended up staying there a week and loved it. The home has wonderful amenities and very comfortable. This is the place I would stay if returning to Appleton.
