We just wanted a clean bed to sleep in after a Packer game and that's what we got. Room was a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast options were good. We have stayed here a couple times and will do so again for any late day Packer game. Friendly staff.
The staff were nice enough.
The hotel is so old and outdated but that’s not why I left 1 star. The room was so dirty. There was literally crumbled food on the floor. Everything else being so old made it feel I it and dirty. There was definitely bed bug droppings on the blanket and the lamp shade. I’ll have to thoroughly clean all my belongings when I get home. No bites so they may be old. Regardless, still there and didn’t make me all that comfortable. I didn’t bother to ask for a room change because I figured the rest of the rooms would be the same.
Paid the same amount I would have at a luxury hotel in Vancouver, only because there was a Packers game and they can charge whatever they want.

The hotel is close to the interstate and ATW airport. The staff was polite and helpful. The building and room shows a lot of wear and tear. The 2 upholstered chairs in the room were quite dirty / stained.

Low budget hotel. The AC started shutting off by itself on the last day. The tub faucet leaked from being the tile. They had room construction until 9:00 pm one night and they kept seeing of an alarm. The shower curtain rod was almost rusted through. But the bed was very comfortable.
Check In was indifferent. I certainly wasn't made to feel like a welcome guest, but he was polite. It was OK.
Hallway leading to the room was uncomfortably hot. Not warm, hot. Carpet was dingy.
Carpet in room: stained in multiple places. Visibly worn in a couple.
Toilet seat was very loose, had to be careful getting on and off.
Water in shower never got warmer than lukewarm.
Bed was comfortable. Sheets and bedding appeared clean. BUT...the top blanket/bedspread smelled terrible. Like a boys' locker room BO smell.
Dresser had definite signs of wear and chipping. In general the room felt tired.
Breakfast was okay. Both coffee pots were sputtering their last. But the waffle maker worked fine. The toaster and microwave were good. There was fresh fruit as well.
This wasn't an expensive room. I understand that. But I've had much better experiences at other budget properties.
Nothing to recommend here other than price and convenient location. Otherwise, skip this one. Even $10 more will land you a better deal in the Fox Valley.
Good stay, the pillows themselves are stained under the clean pillow cases.

Hotel was clean and quiet. It could use some cosmetic upkeep and basic maintenance. Pet-friendly. Convenient location. Served its purpose as a cost effective place to sleep while visiting family.
Room was clean, breakfast was basic. The only negative was that there were no sidewalks to walk to local establishments.

The room had a funny odor and the shower curtain in the shower was moldy on the ends. We did, however, like the beds very much. They were extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was not very good and the garbage where people put their items when they were done was filthy dirty on the top.
I want to draw attention to the great customer service I received from the young man who helped me check in. After driving for several hours, I was ready to rest, so I was disappointed to hear that he saw no record of my reservation. I reviewed my Expedia booking to confirm with him that I was at the correct hotel on the correct day. He did some electronic digging, and after some anxious waiting, I heard him say, "Well, we didn't receive your reservation properly, but I can see that you paid Expedia. I don't know exactly what is going on with this, because we do routinely receive reservations through Expedia, but the manager can look into that tomorrow. I will make you a reservation through our system directly for $0.00 so you can check in and not deal with any of this." I was delighted. This was professional, thoughtful, and kind. He saw that he didn't have to accept fault or solve the puzzle in order to help me. Let's just get this tired traveler a room. What a guy! Also, I really appreciated the free breakfast offerings. Look, any hotel can pile on the luxury if guests shell out the money in one way or another. I slept well here at a place that, to me, exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
Unsecure parking lot. Tenants from apartment behind hotel were approaching us (two women) in the lot as we unloaded our cars. The gentleman working the front desk looked at the cameras and went out and talked to them.
