"Let me start by being kind - this is a big house in a great location (10 mins walk to North Bay & right opposite Peasholm Park). However, that's where the good bits end. The house was dirty, especially the kitchen. It showed signs of wear and tear in many places, sometimes to the point of risk. For example, many of the dining chairs had loose legs that splayed when sat on - my daughter sat on one whilst holding my 3 month old granddaughter and nearly ended up on the floor. The laminate flooring...
