Unfortunately, the wireless internet connection waa terrible, which meant the TV would not load channels and I was unable to work remotely. I told thw front desk but nothing was done. "It is very good hotel, exellent for the price. Beautiful view from the balcony, walkable distance to Orta San Julio, 40 min drive to Lago Maggiori. The room was clean and big, the restaurant is very good. I only should mention that in our room the Internet connection was very weak."
