"Appartement très lumineux, et spacieux. Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. Il manque un peu de vaisselle. Il y a un lave vaisselle mais vu qu'il manque des casseroles (il n'y en a qu'une grande) ... il serait bien de mettre un service à raclette aussi. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We ate in the Italian restaurant on the first night and the buffet restaurant the second. Both were very good, with the buffet in particular represented good value for so much choice. The location is excellent for walkers in the summer and skiers in the winter as several runs end at the hotel and the cable car is a one minute walk away. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. There were live singers in the lounge one evening which was fun and added to our enjoyment It wasn’t clear when we booked that there is a charge of €17 per person per day to use the pool and gym, which was very disappointing and very expensive for a family of 5 to have a quick swim before dinner, so we didn’t bother. This should have been made clear before booking. We had a lovely stay and I’d recommend staying here."
