"The location is a big advantage—everything was easy to reach, which made exploring Rome very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of choices to start the day. The hotel has a classic, old-world charm, but overall it feels a bit tired. The corridor carpets, for example, gave off a slightly dirty feel. I understand preserving the style, but refreshing or deep-cleaning certain areas would make it feel much cleaner without losing its character. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, mainly because of the location and breakfast, but some updates would really improve the experience."

"Upgraded to prestige room on arrival. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and very large. Hotel was central and easy to travel from. Breakfast was excellent and had many options. The only negatives were the hot food choices could have been hotter and the coffee machine quality was not good for being in Italy."

"The property is old and outdated. More like a 2-star motel, not a 4-star hotel. The balcony was extremely dirty, rust and mold everywhere. Staff was ok."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked the Panoramic Suite with Balcony and City View - and it lived up to all of our expectations. Location is perfect near the Spanish Steps, although plan for walking up and down steps. We enjoyed the breakfast location and selection at the hotel. Check in/out process was easy, with the ability to store bags. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is actually a floor on the 5th level of an apartment building, the address is incorrect, we were guided by a gentleman who was so used to find tourist looking for this so-called hotel. The rooms are big, old furniture, windows, bathroom etc. One day the cleaner didn't want to clean the room so he put the no disturb sign in the door. The staff avoided checking the camera because they knew it was the hotel's fault. We've asked for a plate to cut a mango for the child and we were told they have too many people at breakfast😆"
