"We enjoyed our time at Melbourne Beach! The house was more than advertised, very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We were able to watch Sea Turtles nest from the deck overlooking the very private beach, we may come back in a few months to watch the babies hatch."

"The house is absolutely beautiful, and the views are amazing! We were lucky enough to see dolphins, a sea turtle, and even a manatee swimming by. The game room was awesome and made for a fun-filled night with lots of laughs and great memories. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home!"

"Beautiful property steps from the beach. We saw turtles swimming during the day and nesting at night right on our dunes. Don't worry-we didn't use flashlights or bother them! The no-see-ums were atrocious but that's just nature!"

"This home was stunning! Everything was as described, elegant, very clean, kitchen and bathrooms were very well supplied. Plenty of room to lounge and spread out within the home for our family of 10. The setting is amazing, with very beautiful views of the ocean within the home. Communication with the host was great, very responsive when a minor issue arose and was quickly resolved. We look forward to spending more family vacations in this home in the future."

"The location was fantastic. Great spot to avoid large beach crowds. Saw lots of turtles nesting right behind the house! The house is awesome for large groups. Lots of room to spread out and hang out. The upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Two refrigerators were a plus. Great deck on the back of the house. Lots of beach towels, toys and chairs. Plenty of parking. House does need a little TLC."

"We’ve stayed at many beach houses along the A1A and this may be our new favorite! Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean. There were many games and activities at the house that everyone enjoyed, including the teenagers! We loved that the house is located in a quieter area but still only 9 minutes away from Publix and 20 minutes away from surf shops and restaurants. The owner was responsive and left great recommendations for restaurants. 10/10 vacation. We hope to visit again!"

"Stayed here with my 4 adult children and their families and there was plenty of room. The view was even prettier in person than the pictures. We had a wonderful time! Any questions that came up were answered by the host promptly. It was refreshing to have a beach without the crowds around hotels."
