"A tiny hotel next to the Balcony Walk, with an absolutely wonderful staff. The room itself was nice even if a bit basic (it did have, however, flushing toilet, a hot shower, and AC). The hotel provided a dinner and a breakfast, which were delicious and abundant. The location couldn’t be better. The sunrise view is hands down something to be remembered for life. We noticed a few downsides - no dealbreakers and no major issues, but something to keep in mind. Firstly, if you’re afraid of spiders...

"We hadden een chalet met mountainview geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek het een klein huisje te zijn, met 1 zijraam dat uitkeek op de blinde muur van het huisje ernaast. Geen enkele mountainview. Bij de receptie werd verteld dat het een "Mountain Lodge" was dat inderdaad geen uitzicht op de bergen had, maar dat Hotels.com geen keuzemogelijkheid had om het goed aan te geven. "Even though the staff was friendly they were pretty inefficient and rather clueless when we asked for advice or service. The phones from the tents didn’t work so we had to walk to reception every time we needed something. The activities for kids were restricted. The biggest disappointment is the noise, one thinks this is a haven in the desert but lots of huge 4x4 come as early as sunrise for dune bashing, not to mention all the quads.... the website is and pictures tell a story of peace and...
