"The property itself was ok. Quite loud sometimes because there's a shared balcony. It was distinctly average. But the customer service was embarrassingly bad. They made repeated, odd comments. Their website didn't have proper instructions. In short, I won't ever give this company my money again. "

There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. "This location was ideal for us. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go from here. There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable in the apartment (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). We were super happy with our 4-night stay."
