Localização excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, funcionários educados e atenciosos, ótima limpeza. Mas há problemas pontuais que precisam ser resolvidos, como assento sanitário quase solto em nosso quarto (102), dispositivo para acionar a energia do quarto precisando de ajustes (o nosso disparou algumas vezes e desligou tudo, por conta de um jeitinho que precisava ser dado na colocação, sem contar que o encaixe estava com rachadura), mais pontualidade no horário de início do café da manhã (ainda mais para nós que tínhamos passeios marcados com busca nos hotéis começa do cedo), pintura em alguns locais. São coisas pontuais que ainda assim não diminuem nossa avaliação. Gostei muito do mesmo jeito que gostei em outra unidade da Rede Andrade em que tive a oportunidade de me hospedar, em Belém.

Funcionários educados e corteses, o hotel precisa de reparos de pintura e substituição de móveis. Dedetização é importante para evitar insetos indesejáveis. O hotel é muito bem localizado, os funcionários são muito simpáticos, cordiais e prestativos, todos eles. Embora o quarto estivesse limpo, infelizmente apareceram umas baratinhas indesejadas. O quarto é agradável, porém está meio mal cuidado e precisa de mais manutenção, principalmente o banheiro, que tinha vazamento na pia, não tem ducha higiênica e o porta sabonete do box está bambo, p ex. O café da manhã era bom e nos atendeu.
