Referente a localização, área da piscina e café da manhã a nota é 10! Mas, o Hotel precisa se organizar melhor para atender uma alta demanda. Tivemos alguns problemas relacionados a serviços de quarto (poucas camareiras para muitos quartos), não tínhamos disponível no quarto um armário para guardar as roupas que levamos, o suporte do sabonete do banheiro estava quebrado, a chave do nosso quarto deu problema várias vezes e tivemos que procurar a recepção para ajustar, o ar condicionado é antigo, barulhento e deu defeito no último dia, dormimos no calor e não foi nada agradável. Teve também problemas com o abastecimento de água, complicado faltar água num hotel, mas, enfim...são coisas que precisam estar no radar da administração para evitar que aconteçam.

Semana do São João: experiência horrível!!!! Várias vezes o hotel sem água. Noite de 23/06/2026, o hotel lotado e sem água nas torneiras. O hotel informou que a bomba d'água tinha quebrado e que não poderia fazer nada...E até o dia que fomos embora, quando tinha água, era água fria. Pessoal de apoio ausente. Caso precisássemos de toalhas e roupas de cama, tínhamos que pegar pessoalmente na rouparia... Alguns dias antes do São João, equipe de camareiras ausente. Quarto com fechadura quebrada que esperamos por dois dias para ser consertada... Não volto mais e jamais recomendarei esse "hotel".

Fiquei 3 diárias só foram no quarto apenas uma vez, retiram só um lixo do banheiro e acho que passaram um pano, não fizeram preposição de papel higiênico, obs: Quando eu chegar ao quarto só Tinho meio rolo de papel higiênico do pequeno. Com relação ao café da manhã, achei que tinha pouca oportunidade e os três dias foram basicamente as minhas coisas. As meninas que ficam na parte do café são atenciosas o pessoal da recepção são educados. O espaço do hotel é legal e a localização é bacana.

Bom custo benefício, mas poderia ser melhor.

O ponto forte do hotel é o café da manhã, gostei bastante do horário e das opções. A área da piscina eu não cheguei a usar, mas parecia ser muito boa tbm. O que decepcionou bastante foi a cama e os travesseiros, que não eram muito confortáveis.
